What is EMC2 Light Quantum Luminescent Technology Electroplating?

Light Quantum Luminescent Electroplating is a new type of technology developed by the Royal Canadian Energy Society in response to the current serious pollution of the earth's environment, bringing together nearly 100 scientists around the world.
